01 — About
18 years at PT Semen Padang taught me something no tutorial ever could: how large organizations actually work — from the factory floor to executive boardrooms, from OHS compliance to performance evaluation.
That understanding became my greatest weapon when AI arrived. I didn't learn AI to experiment — I immediately knew where the bottlenecks were, which processes could be automated, and which data should become dashboards — then I used Claude and other AI tools to make it happen. The result: internal apps built in days, not months. Semi-automated content systems for e-commerce. Consistently produced book summaries.
My belief is simple: the most powerful person isn't the best coder, but the one who truly understands the problem and knows how to leverage AI to solve it. That's what I do every day — at work, in business, and in every project I touch.
02 — Journey
PT Semen Padang
The phase where everything clicked. Power BI dashboards for production, finance, and sales data. 3 PowerApps applications used by dozens of departments and hundreds of employees. And since leveraging Claude intensively — I started building internal apps with Laravel that were previously impossible to build alone. AI didn't replace my skills, it amplified the process understanding I'd built over 15+ years.
KlikPositif (Part-time)
Migrated and optimized the infrastructure of the largest news portal in West Sumatra. Slashed operational costs and improved website performance — my first experience managing systems outside the corporate context.
Semen Padang Schools (Part-time)
Digitized foundation schools: deployed HRIS, Google Classroom, online exams, e-report cards, 1,400 Canva Education licenses, and student enrollment dashboards. Proof that the "build the system" mindset works anywhere — even in educational institutions.
PT Semen Padang
The "builder mode on" phase. While managing hazardous waste monitoring and environmental compliance, I built — unprompted — an environmental quality tracking app, a FIFO-based waste management system, and a SHE dashboard in Power BI. All adopted because they were genuinely needed.

A decade on the factory floor. OHS inspections, compliance, daily operations. Not glamorous, but this was the most important foundation: a deep understanding of how large companies actually work — from the ground up. Without this phase, nothing I built afterward would have been relevant.
03 — Ventures
Digital transformation and marketing consultant for a bedsheet & bedding brand. With AI assistance, I designed content generation systems for affiliates, automated customer service notifications, and more efficient digital operations strategy.
A family habit management platform for Indonesian families, built with one co-founder. Architecture, UI/UX, and development done with Claude as a coding partner — proof that process understanding and AI can replace a large engineering team in the early stages.
The largest news portal in West Sumatra. Led infrastructure migration, performance optimization, and digital strategy that significantly reduced operational costs.
